7:00 p.m.	Public Comment.

7:05 p.m.	Public Hearing regarding a request for a new, annual Wine and Malt Package Store License by Weezies Dylan, Inc. d/b/a Shea’s Riverside Inn & Motel, Gayle McKinley, Manager, at 132 Main Street.

7:30 p.m.	McGinley Kalsow and the Historical Commission to discuss lighting options for the Town Hall clock.

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period March 11th through March 24th, 2017, regarding the following:  
•	Town Building Committee Meeting Summary
•	Strategic Planning Committee Meeting Summary
•	Change Order for Concealing Exterior Town Hall/Library Furnace Pipes
•	Change Order for Substitution of Granite Curbing, Conomo Point
•	Chairs for Town Hall Third-Floor Auditorium
•	Fire Station Slab Settling Problem

Other Business:
	Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $.
	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s March 13, 2017, Open Meeting and Executive Session.
	Vote to approve and sign the acceptance of fiscal year 2018 health insurance renewal rates for active employees.
	Vote to ratify the approval of the request by the DPW for an additional $10,000 for snow removal for this season.
	Vote to engage Clifton, Larson, Allen, LLP to perform the FY2017 audit.
	Vote to recommend the FY2018 Water/Sewer Enterprise Fund Budgets.
	Annual Town Meeting, May 1, 2017:
•	Discussion and vote to include articles in the Warrant for the May 1, 2017 Annual Town Meeting as they appear in the 3/27/17 draft.
•	Vote to close the Warrant.
•	Vote to sign the Warrant.
	Personnel Board:
•	Consider the approval of a revised position description for the Planning Board Clerk, pending receipt.
•	Consider revision to the FY2018 Wage & Salary Scale recommendation as related to a Youth Program Coordinator or Youth Services Director; and, discussion regarding possible reconstitution of the Youth Commission.
	Vote to ratify the Chairman’s declaration of a State of Emergency at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2017; and, vote to ratify the Chairman’s lifting of the State of Emergency at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
	Vote to approve a request from Neurofibromatosis Northeast to pass over Essex roads during their 7th Annual Coast to the Cure biking event on Saturday, September 9, 2017.
	Consider accepting the resignation of Hilary Mattison from the Town Building Committee; and also, whether a replacement should be made.
	Consider recommendations from the Democratic Committee to appoint either Marcia Greenbaum or Katie Blair St. John to the vacant position on the Board of Registrars.
	Consideration of the Successor Employment Agreement for Chief of Police.
	Discussion regarding TIPS training program.
	Consideration of system for scheduling and use of Town Hall. Conference/Meeting Areas.
