In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at The Town Office Building, upstairs conference room, 3 South Main Street Petersham, MA 01366 on the Request for Determination of Applicability by Michael Leonard for the construction of a single family home with associated septic system, well, and driveway where a portion is within the 100 ft. buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands within parcel 315.1 on Leighton Road.
A copy of the Request for Determination of Applicability may be inspected prior to the hearing at 3 South Main Street. All interested persons are invited to attend. |
