1. 7:00 PM Call to order.

2. Review the minutes of the previous meeting.

3. Review with the Tree Warden overall status of the various tree lines along Petersham's utility Broadband pole line.

4. New Business - Confirm Matrix Connected fiber request for contract language-Broadband tier #1 name change from the term "Standard" to "Essential". The Board's recommendation shall be forwarded to the full Petersham Selectboard for their review and possible action. This is a marketing issue and has no bearing on previously agreed upon contractual Broadband service.

5. Review the Matrix Connected Fiber offer to complete the short undergrounding conduit installation required in order to finalize Broadband service to the Petersham Memorial Library. This work (Petersham's responsibility) to be generously completed at no cost to the Town or Library by Matrix Connected Fiber. NOTE: This work is on hold until after the Spring thaw.

6. Check on the status of Town Consul review. Matrix Connected Fiber has been given approval by the Town of Barre to extended the Matrix fiber service from Petersham into limited adjacent areas of Barre. Given that this will require utility pole permits, Matrix has requested that this work be done as an extension of the current Petersham permitting process. All Barre construction and ongoing pole permit fees would be paid for in full by Matrix and the Town of Barre. There would be no cost to the town of Petersham.

7. Review the  historical average quarterly utility pole rental charges currently paid for as a line item on monthly Broadband subscriber fees. 

8. Set the date and time for the Board's next meeting.
