6:45 p.m.	Suzanne Slater to review Youth Commission proposed programming and proposed use of Centennial Grove.

7:15 p.m.	The Farm:  Hearing concerning alleged service of alcohol to a minor.

7:30 p.m.	Senator Tarr to discuss status of causeway bridge.

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period May 19th through June 1st, 2018, regarding the following:  
•	Economic Development Committee Meeting Summary
•	Criteria and Process for Land Acquisition RFP
•	Possible Longer-Term Arrangement, Pingree School at Centennial Grove
•	Status of Traffic Management Plan for Failing Route 133 Bridge
•	Development of Language for Fall Town Meeting Articles, School Vote
•	Preliminary Design and Cost Estimation Work, New Public Safety Bldg.
•	Dam and Seawall Repair Grant Program Application

OTHER BUSINESS:
	Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $171,285.37.
	Vote to exempt from Section 20 of Chapter 268A of the General Laws, the contracts and amounts for the individuals listed below contained within the 5/31/18 warrant pursuant to subsection (d) of said Section.

	Approve a request from the DPW to transfer from various accounts the sum of $23,111.00 to their FY2019 budget.
	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s May 21, 2018, Open Meeting and Executive Session.
	Discussion regarding use of the shellfish truck.
	Review a summary of the SAMHSA Mental Health Awareness Training Grant and sign a letter of support (if available by meeting time).
	Vote to approve the business recommended by the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce to receive the award of Small Business Person of the Year in Essex, sign the certificate, and discuss who will make the presentation.
	Consider the signature of all necessary documents to purchase all streetlights in public areas from National Grid.
	Consider a request to pay $400 for a band for Essex River Day from the Town Events Fund, along with the usual River Day expenses.
	Centennial Grove:
•	Consider a request from Jim Zaremba to use Centennial Grove for the Grade 5 Ceremony Picnic on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, between the hours of 5:45 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and to waive the rental fee. (Pending receipt of application forms.)
•	Consider a request from Carolina Merrow to rent Centennial Grove for her wedding party on Saturday, June 30, 2018, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m.
•	Consider a request from Crias Corrigan to rent Centennial Grove for his college reunion on Saturday, July 21, 2018, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
•	Consider a request from Caroline and Nate Boyd to rent Centennial Grove for a Birthday Party on Sunday, July 22, 2018, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
•	Consider a request from the First Presbyterian Church of Ipswich to rent Centennial Grove for their annual picnic on Sunday, July 29, 2018, between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
	Consider a request from the Essex Elementary PTO, Betsy McKeen, to pass over Town roads during their 11th Annual Happy as a Clam Road Race and Fun Dashes event on Friday, September 14, 2018.
	Conomo Point Matters:
•	Request from Joan Herrmann for remodel of property at 172 Conomo Point Road, Map 108, Lots 48 A&B, (if available by meeting time).
	Discussion concerning whether the Police Department’s annual classic car show should be held this year in light of the recent traffic issues with the Route 133 bridge.
	Review Harbormaster’s proposed change to Essex Harbor Regulations regarding spousal transfer of moorings.
	Consider reducing Dodge Street speed limit to 15 m.p.h.
	See correspondence from Alden Blodget regarding options for a new public safety building.
	Consider the appointment of Colleen Enos, Paul Francis, Ramie Reader, and Mark McKenna to the Town Building Committee. Sign the appointment cards.
	Consider the re-appointment of Trescott DeWitt to the Board of Public Works.
	Consider appointment of Michael Flynn as the new Town representative to the Eastern Essex Veterans’ District.
