Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 23, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this public hearing of the Chatham Tree Warden is being conducted via remote participation. Every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings as provided for in the Order. The Tree Warden will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 21, 2020 starting at 3:00pm on the following application:
Hearing #20-01: In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 87 of Mass. General Law the Tree Warden will hold a public hearing to review and discuss a request to remove a tree along Town Roads in Chatham. The property owner Eileen Segerson Trust at 180 Wilfred Road would like to remove an oak tree along the road. The parcel # is 11G-27-B2.
