667-2 Pinegrove Manor – Vacancies-2-Rents are good
705- No vacancy Eviction Moratorium ends 10/17/20
One 705 will be taken to court for non- payment of rent
Another 705 will be issued a notice to vacate for cause. (Over housed)
Remaining 705s- rents are good.
Maintenance – The part-time position is still not filled. As was placed twice in the Berkshire Eagle with no prospective candidates.
Help Wanted Ads placed at local businesses.
James Rivers Landscaping was hired to do mowing at Pinegrove Manor and doing a good job. Will present a proposal for snow removal and sanding of Pomeroy Manor to help Greg.
We have had to replace a hot water tank at Pomeroy and a few refrigerators.
Unit 2-F- Vacant and requited a kitchen/bath rehab and new flooring throughout.
Truck- Has been ordered through the State Contract. Should be in soon.
Tree Service- Quotes
Dukes- A flat rate of $1700 a day and possible 3-5 days $5100 to $8500
Kelly Brothers Tree Service- 667-1 $2000. 667-2 -$2000.00 Total $4000
Mark’s Tree Service- Too busy. Could not do before winter

Administrative- ED continues to work with out an Assistant. DHCD is aware. Once the office expansion is completed, ED will fill the position.
ED attended a Virtual Conference 9/14/20- 9/15/20 This is in place of the in-person Fall Conference.
