AGENDA – OPEN SESSION
6:00 p.m.	Call to Order.

6:05 p.m.	Jodi Harris to provide an update with respect to potential fund raising and costs associated with Memorial Park tennis court renovation.

6:15 p.m.	Paul Fitzpatrick to discuss a proposal to renovate an outbuilding on leased property at 159 Conomo Point Road (Map 108, Lot 39).

6:30 p.m.	Dana Menon to discuss her interest in the Town Planner position.

6:45 p.m.	Natalie Lovett to discuss her interest in the Town Planner position.

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period August 7, 2021 through August 20, 2021, regarding the following:  
•	Old Police/Fire Station Demolition Project Update
•	HAZMAT Abatement Monitoring / Air Quality Sampling Contract
•	Final Change Order, Public Safety Facility Construction Project
•	New Public Safety Facility Roof Defect Update
•	Further Review of Draft Fall Town Meeting Topics List
