II PUBLIC HEARING:
PUBLIC SHADE TREES AND SCENIC ROADS
In accordance with the requirements of MGL Ch. 87, Public Shade Trees, and MGL Chapter 40, Section 15C, Scenic Roads, a public hearing to consider the request by Kathleen & Chris Lacroix to remove three (3) trees adjacent to 384 Fox Hill Road due to declining health and the potential risk of breakage and falling into Fox Hill Road.
