Out of State Field Trip Requests
a. To ratify the Superintendent’s approval of an Out of State Field Trip Request for the Boys Varsity and Junior Varsity Lacrosse teams to visit Brown University/NCAA Quarterfinals in Providence, Rhode Island on Saturday, May 21, 2016.
b. To approve the Out of State Field Trip Request for the Natural Resources students to visit the New Hampshire State Forest Nursery in Boscawen, New Hampshire on June 7, 2016.
c. To approve the Out of State Field Trip Request for the Natural Resources students to visit the Seacoast Mills in Brentwood, New Hampshire on June 8, 2016.
d. To approve the Out of State Field Trip Request for the FFA Chapter Officers to attend Oswegatchie FFA Camp in Croghan, New York from July 17, 2016 to July 22, 2016.

a. Financial Statements
Recommendation: To approve the financial statements for February 29, 2016 and place on file for audit.
b. Bus Bid 2016-3
Recommendation: To award Bid 2016-3, 2 – 32 passenger buses be awarded to Anderson Blue Bird Bus Sales of New England, the lowest responsive bidder for $148,526.
c. Recommendation: To accept the End of the Year Audit Report received from Guisti, Hingston and Company as submitted.
