New Business:
1. Agency Policy: Public Use of Land Bank Property
The Land Bank Commission will review, on a second-reading basis, a proposed amendment to this policy.
2. Agency Administration: 2006 Series A Bond
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its May 9, 2016 meeting, its discussion of bids received for a full or partial refunding of this bond.
3. Blackwater Pond Reservation (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will review, pursuant to its architectural restriction here, a May 9, 2016 letter from architect Gregory Milne proposing the reconstruction of the barn; this Commission most recently exercised its restriction at its March 27, 2006 meeting.
