The Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21 to discuss trade secrets, confidential or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities conducted by a cooperative consisting of governmental entities organized pursuant to Ch 164 Sec 136 when such a cooperative determines that disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities selling, manufacturing or distributing electric power and energy.
