Agenda:
1) Review and Approve Meeting Minutes
2) Review of site walk of Municipal offices (and Berlin Memorial if scheduled before next meeting)
3) Vote: Guardian Energy payment (Municipal Building and/or Berlin Memorial)
4) Discuss  & Vote:   Decide if we want to request a Town email address and Google Suites/Drive account for energy committee.  These would help with document access, provide unlimited storage, and provide a single point of contact for the committee. Cost is $10 per month but Chief Galvin confirmed that the currently approved budget for this purpose has plenty of funds to support our request.
5) Discuss communications plan:  Website page, social media, newsletter submissions, etc.
6) Review Selectmen decision on municipal aggregation pricing
7) Streetlight upstate.
8) Confirm everyone’s contact information
9) New business from board members
10) Set next meeting time and date
11) Adjourn
