The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the Essex Town Hall - 30 Martin Street.

7:35 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by David Cutter to install a 2,000 gal. septic holding tank and connect to building sewer at 36 Robbins Island Rd.
Conservation Commission legal notices are published: (1) in print in the Gloucester Daily Times (www.gloucestertimes.com); (2) on the newspaper's website, if it has one; and (3) on the Massachusetts Newspaper Publishers Associations' website (http://masspublicnotices.org) Business: 
*Sign documents for hearings closed at the last meeting (if any). *Approve minutes from the meeting of No Minutes to Approve. 
*Distribute minutes from last meeting. *Review mail/emails. 
*Sign payroll and expense sheets. *Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
