Review insulation bid for town office building attic received from Energia.
Discuss bids requested of Salsman by Josh for school water heating system and Town office heating system – RFP’s were not sent out and consequently the bids are questionable.
Review procedures for requesting proposals from contractors.
Review Green Community requirements establishing energy savings (by mmbtu’s).
Decide if and how we will spend remaining GC funds before February. Finish out first round of Green Community program with projects approved in application.
Should we apply for the second round of GC grants?
Letter to Governor Elect re solar development in Massachusetts.
Initial review of SAPHIRE report.
