The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 beginning at 4:00 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

SATISFACTION OF CONDITION:
13-096	26 Cross Street LLC/c/o Aaron Polhemus – Request for reconsideration of deferral of Condition No. 1, for Commission review and approval of landscaping for entire site and common area lighting.

CONTINUED HEARING – MAJOR ALTERATION:
14-112	26 Cross Street LLC/c/o Aaron Polhemus– Application for proposed changes to the Certificate of Appropriateness (13-096) including demolition, renovations and additions to the existing structures located at 26 Cross Street, et al (8 dwellings). Continued from December 3, 2014.

14-117  	Scott Ravelson/c/o Northside Design Associates – Application to change the front façade of the structure, add landscaping and hardscaping to the property located at 578 Main Street. Continued from December 3, 2014.

14-120	Siemasko & Verbridge/c/o Leslie Schneeberger – Application to install a wall sign located at 403 Main Street. Continued from December 3, 2014.

MINOR ALTERATION:
14-114	Philip & Linda Murphy – Application to remove and replace the roof located at 753 Main Street.

14-123	Linda Middleton – Application to install painted shutters, install split rail fence and add additional landscaping plants located at 294 Orleans Road.

14-126	Richard T. Morris – Application to remove and replace the roof located at 282 Orleans Road.

MAJOR ALTERATION:
14-124	697 Main Street, LLC/c/o Rick Roy – Application to construct a partial second floor addition on the structure located at 697 Main Street.

OTHER BUSINESS:
Discussion of Community Preservation Committee (CPC) application for funding of Historic Property & Area Survey
