The Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21A to discuss trade secrets or confidential, competitively sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities conducted by a cooperative consisting of governmental entities organized pursuant to MGL Ch 164 Sec 136, when such cooperative determines that disclosure would adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities making, selling or distribution electric power or energy. |
