The proposed project is a single family home on same footprint as previous

Project Description: The project involves the construction of a new single family
house that includes the installation of a driveway, septic system, well and
associated grading. The driveway entrance is within 100’ of the isolated area at the
front of the lot. Some of the grading for the septic system encroaches slightly into
the 100’ buffer zone associated with the wetlands at the rear of the lot.

The proposed project involves construction of a 3 bedroom house along with a septic tank within the buffer zone of a wetland.

The proposed project is a construction permanent access driveway crossing at vegetated wetland to allow for upland property maintenance/use and single family dwelling construction.
