The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the Essex Town Hall - 30 Martin Street.

7:35 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Robert Sisk to replace failed cesspools with a 2,000 gal tight tank at 113 Conomo Point Road.
7:45 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Keith Symmes to renovate a 1937 single family residence and garage including replacing roof, siding and decks at 27 Centennial Grove Road.

*Discuss a change to plan for 19 Turtleback Road for Order of Conditions DEP#021-0592.
*Review Certificate of Compliance Requests (if any).
