1. Agency Land Management: Purchase of Equipment
The Land Bank Commission will review bids received for the purchase of a trailer for transporting goats.
2. Chilmark Pond Preserve (Town of Chilmark)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss expenses associated with a recent conveyance to the land bank of an interest here.
3. Doug’s Cove Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the removal of the telephone poles that line the beach here.
4. Ripley’s Field Preserve (Town of Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss (1.) this property’s hunting policy; and (2.) its recent purchase of an exclusive use easement here.
5. Agency Administration: Election of Officers
The Land Bank Commission will conduct its annual election of officers
Executive Session to discuss the purchase, lease, exchange or value of real property.
