Information for Meeting of Economic Development and Industrial Corporation

1.  Reading and acceptance of minutes from previous meetings.
2.  Jim Meehan will update the EDIC regarding the progress of the right-of-way arrangements with Athol Development LLC for access to the EDIC parcel of land at the Business Park 
3. The EDIC will discuss a recent proposal by the Town of Athol to convey to the Athol EDIC a certain parcel of land, known as parcel 044-001 on Templeton Rd., and certain stipulations proposed for the eventual sale of this land by the EDIC to Athol Development LLC.  The Athol Town Manager will go over these arrangements with the EDIC.
4. The EDIC will discuss possible EDIC involvement in the school buildings scheduled to become vacant in the near future with the completion of the new elementary school in Athol.
5.  Member’s concerns:  A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol.
