1. Agency Administration: Status and Progress
The Land Bank Commission will conduct, as voted at its August 13, 2012 meeting, a review of the effectiveness of the conversion of the land management staff’s weekly work format from a consolidated four-day schedule to a traditional five-day schedule.
2. Chappy Point Beach (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received from the Edgartown Conservation Commission regarding an application submitted by the Edgartown Highway Department concerning the Chappaquiddick Road.
3. Gay Head Moraine (Town of Aquinnah)
. The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed with the
Aquinnah Conservation Commission by neighbor Rosalinda Lefeber. The Land Bank
Commission will also discuss the status of its boundary line with abutters Eric Stange and
Bruce Letwin.
4. Manaquayak Preserve (Town of West Tisbury)
The West Tisbury Town Advisory Board, at its October 15, 2013 meeting, discussed this property’s management plan.
5. Tea Lane Farm (Town of Chilmark)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received from the Chilmark Board of Appeals regarding an application for a special permit submitted by abutter Katie Plasse.
6. Toad Rock Preserve (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss this property’s management plan.
