Call meeting to order. 2. Discuss/edit/approve minutes from November 8. 3. Proceed with creation of Report and Presentation. Review, discuss, edit any written items submitted to date by members. 4. Create timeline for remaining meetings with Report & Presentation scheduled to be ready before January 22, 2013 Board of Selectmen meeting. 5. Adjourn. |
