The Chatham Historical Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Town Hall Annex, Lower Level - Committee Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.
HEARINGS:
Application No. 12-011: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 459 Old Harbor Road, filed by Minglewood Homes, 1281 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633, for owners Tim & Lori Smith, 1281 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633. The applicant proposes to demolish a 14’x29’ portion of the structure and replace it with a 24’x36’ addition. Also the applicant proposes to expand the existing dormer on the east elevation.
Application No. 12-012: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 458 Old Harbor Road, filed by Minglewood Homes, 1281 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633, for owners Gary Koch, 1281 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633. The applicant proposes to replace windows and add an addition.
Application No. 12-013: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 232 Old Harbor Road, filed by William F. Riley, Esq., PO Box 707, Chatham, MA 02633, for owners Douglas and David Steiner, 7 Noel Drive, Short Hills, NJ 07078. The applicant proposes to construct an addition.
