5:10 PM/ Map 36 Lot 2/SE79-320: continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Kenneth M. Jones for property located at 200 Deep Bottom Road owned by Tsissa Inc. The proposed project involves: 1) removal of two sections of concrete block from the western end of a concrete jetty and the reconfiguration and repair of same, 2) relocation of 30-50cy of sand on the coastal beach and 3) relocation of the two sections of concrete block approximately 250 feet west of the existing jetty to create a new jetty in Deep Bottom Cove on Tisbury Great Pond.
5:30 PM/ Assessors Map 11 Lot 43/SE79-326:. a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Mary Robin Ravitch owner of property located at 36 Ophelia Way The project consists of the establishment and maintenance of a brush-cut path through the Buffer Zone, a 355’ long elevated boardwalk through a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and the construction and maintenance of 8’ x 8’ deck and stairs on Old House Pond.
5:45 PM/ Map 35 Lot 1. 5 /SE79-325: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn for property located at 155 Pond View Road owned by Bradley Silberling, Trustee. The proposed project involves cutting down 16 cedar trees located on the top of a coastal bank and within the first 25 feet of the Buffer Zone and harvesting 35 cedar trees located within 50-100 feet from the coastal bank.
6:10 PM/ Map 32 Lot 48: a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Geraldine Brooks and Tony Horwitz owners of property located at 16 Mill Road. The project consists of erecting fencing to create a horse pasture, conversion of a shed to a foul-weather stall and reinforcing an existing footbridge for access to the pasture.
