1) Payment of bills to Guardian Energy Management Solutions from Green Communities grant: (1) $73,780.00 for EMS installation at BMS; (2) $37,470.00 for EMS installation at Public Safety/Town Offices, and (3) $8,500.00 for Economizer Installation at the Public Safety/Town Offices with the first $7,321.00 from Article 1 from Special Town Meeting on November 28, 2012.
2) Discussion regarding draft First Modification of Riverbridge Development Agreement
3) Discussion regarding draft Second Modification of Highland Commons Development Agreement
4) Discussion regarding notice requirement for continued VERC/Berlin Gulf liquor license application
