As required by Section 8.8-6 of the West Tisbury Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will be having a pre-application discussion with representatives for the FAA concerning a possible future application to apply for a Special Permit to erect and maintain a monopole with associated ground equipment in a wooded section at the airport Map 28, Lot 1.Light Industrial District. This monopole will be used for FAA and airport navigation enhancement. Notice of a public hearing for the application, if there needs to be one, will be duly advertised and notified as required by M.G.L. 40A after a formal application is received and a hearing date has been set. This is not a personal wire service facility.

A continuation of a hearing will be held on the 2nd floor of the Town Hall Thursday November 29 at 5:15 PM to consider an application pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 40B, Section 21 for a Comprehensive Permit filed by Philippe Jordi for the Island Housing Trust to modify the 1996 Sepiessa Affordable Housing Comprehensive Permit in order to construct three additional rental apartments on part of the three acre property that will be leased by the Dukes County Regional Authority to the Island Housing Trust. Approved by the MV Commission on November 1. 12 Clam Point Rd.; Map 36 Lot 1-1; RU Zone.
