County and Land Bank Commission Treasurer’s Reports
Transfer Fee Revenues for the week ending 12-21-2012: $1,009, 098.24

Transfer Fee Revenues for the week ending 01-04-2013:$418,700.00
New Business:
1. Agency Administration: Policy Review
Per annual agency custom at its first meeting of the year, the Land Bank Commission will review the conflict-of-interest law and the land bank executive session policy.
2. Agency Administration: 2012 Annual Report
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft of its 2012 annual report
3. Agency Administration: Receipt of Gift
The Land Bank Commission will discuss a gift of $100 received from Rebekah Zandition, in appreciation of the Farm Pond and Trade Winds Fields Preserves.
4. Chappy Point Beach (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission, per its lease with the Martha’s Vineyard Shellfish Group (MVSG) for the beach-house here, will conduct its annual review of whether the public interest is served by this lease and whether MVSG’s use of the premises is compatible with the goals and objectives of the land bank.
5. Sepiessa Point Reservation (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed by neighbor Nina Meyer to “permit and maintain an existing boardwalk over a saltmarsh and a float in Tiah’s Cove.”
6. Three Ponds Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review a request from the Chappaquiddick Community Center to conduct landscaping activities.
