1.  Reading and acceptance of minutes from previous meetings.
2. James Meehan will update the EDIC regarding ongoing activities regarding the retail development in progress at the Business Park.
3. Landowners at the North Quabbin Business Park will have the opportunity to update the EDIC regarding activities at the Park.
4. Presentation by Glenn Eaton, Executive Director of the Montachusett Regional Planning Commission, regarding the possible pursuit of a Brownfields Environmental Site Assessment Grant from the EPA for the purpose of conducting site assessments in order to determine possible levels of contamination on properties in Athol in which the community has an interest in seeing redeveloped or preserved. 
5.  Member’s concerns:  A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol.
