The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.
The Chatham Historical Commission will be present to discuss and comment on the demolition of the following continued Historic Business District Commission hearings:
MAJOR ALTERATIONS:
12-076 Philip & Cheryl Merola/ c/o Lighthouse Realty – Application to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling located at 39 Bearses Byway.
12-077 Philip & Cheryl Merola/ c/o Lighthouse Realty – Application to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling located at 40 Bearses Byway.
The regular business of the Historic Business District Commission meeting will proceed following the joint meeting with the Chatham Historical Commission.
