MEETING AGENDA
* Approve Minutes: June 14, 2012
* Approve Daedallus 06/30/2012 Invoice
* Septic Credits - Negotiate transfer of 50 credits and
eliminate green belt requirement. Pat Mitchell report,
Josh Scott, property owner, will be present.
* Septic Line Design, tank to leaching field - SB&H, line
from building to septic tank. Kent Healey, septic tank to
leaching field.
* Elevator Shaft Issue - Investigate options to avoid dormer
* Sewer Ejector Issue - Location & specifications, reduce
sump size
* Heat Pump Location - In courtyard, move to north side of
building
* K&K Engineers requested to be present at meeting to discuss
building components
* K&K estimate of 60% Design Development Drawings
* ZBA Issue – Special permit for existing non conforming
building issue
* Time will be reserved for any topics that the Chair did not
reasonably anticipate
* Calendar, set next meeting date
