5:10 PM/Oyster Restoration Project/TGP/SE79-33?: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by the Nature Conservancy on behalf of the Town of West Tisbury for property located in the northwest corner of Tisbury Great Pond known as Town Cove. The project consists of the restoration of one (1) acre of native eastern oyster habitat using shell cultch and spat-on-shell seeding with remote setting techniques. TO BE CONTINUED. NO QUORUM
5:30 PM/ Map 3 Lot 85.2/SE79-33?: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Maria Watson, owner of property located at 64 Blackwater Hollow Road. The project consists of the construction of a one bedroom addition to an existing structure and upgrade of the septic system in the Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. TO BE CONTINUED. NO QUORUM.
