Shellfish Advisory Committee
Agenda for the Shellfish Advisory Committee meeting to be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 in the conference room at the Chatham Community Center at 5:00 PM:
1. Review minutes.
2. Forum. If anyone from the shellfishing community wishes to make any constructive comments or express concerns with the shellfishing industry, habitat, or shellfishing in general, or request a future agenda item, they may do so now. Two minute time limit.
3. The documents required for resident non-commercial shellfish permits need to be clarified. Bette Hahner from the permit department will address concerns conferred with Constable Gagne.
4. Eider deterrent update.
5. CPA application update.
6. Economic Development Committee decision on the Ryder’s Cove parking expansion proposal.
7. SCHMPC implementation update final draft.
8. 2013 SAC annual report.
9. Proposal to increase the width of the “causeway” section of Morris Island Road.
10. Conflict of Interest Law reminder.
11. Set next meeting date.
12. Adjourn.
