5:05 PM/SE79-TBD: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Mary-Joe Perry, District Highway Director, MA DOT District 5 for a guardrail replacement project located on State Road at the culvert over the Mill Brook (near the North Road intersection). The applicant proposes to install a crash tested guardrail system. The work will take place in the Buffer Zone to a bank and bordering vegetated wetland.

5:20PM/ Map 35 Lot 6.3/SE79-TBD:  a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Sourati Engineering Group on behalf of Nina Meyer, Trustee of Meyer Realty Trust owner of property located at 40 Plum Bush Point Road.  The applicant seeks after-the- fact-approval of an existing path and boardwalk through a salt marsh, a ramp over a coastal bank and a fixed piling float located in Tiah’s Cove.   

5:30 PM/ Map 35 Lot 6.3/SE79-330:  continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Sourati Engineering Group on behalf of Phyllis Segal for property owned by Meyer Realty Trust located at 40 Plum Bush Point Road.  The applicant proposes to convert a screened porch into a dining room with a foundation.  The work is partly in the Buffer Zone.  NHESP Comment Letter dated 12/27/12 no adverse impact/no take

5:45 PM/ Map 3 Lot 2.1/SE79- 328:   continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Cooper Environmental Services, LLC on behalf of Mary Tavares, Trustee of RFS Trust owner of property located at 237 Lambert’s Cove Road.  The project consists of vista pruning to re-establish of a view channel through the buffer zone and placement of snow fencing and signage on a coastal dune and bank for the purpose of restoration. 6:15PM/Map 1 Lot 23:   a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Falcon Properties, LLC for property located at 8 Norton Farm Road owned by the Estate of Olga Minner.  The proposed project consists of the demolition and reconstruction of a single-family dwelling, garage, a new pool with patio and associated site work.   A corner of the new garage and a small section of the pool patio will protrude into the Buffer Zone. The applicant would also like to clear vegetation from a portion of the last 25 feet of the Buffer Zone for construction access.
