The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.
MINUTES REVIEW:
Meeting held September 19, 2012
SIGNS:
12-086 Paul J. Litwin/Paul J. Litwin, Esq. – Application to install a ladder board on the existing ground sign located at 47 George Ryder Road.
MINOR ALTERATION:
12-087 David Pulsifer/Pro Fence Co. Inc – Application to install a picket fence located at 21 Mill Pond Road.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
12-088 Robert Benson – Application to add an addition to the dwelling located at 1731 Main Street.
12-089 471 Main Street LLC & 475 Main Street LLC – Application to demolish 465 Main Street, to remove the rear additions to 471 Main Street and relocate to the East side of the property, and erect additional commercial space between 471 and 475 Main Street and add two apartments on the second floor.
PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE:
Andrew Meincke/Stage Harbor Marine - Pre-Application discussion for the demolition of the
garage located at 80 Bridge Street.
