| Agenda: | TOWN OF ROYALSTON PUBLIC HEARING FY11 and FY12 Community Development Block Grant Programs The Royalston Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in their meeting room in the Town Hall, 1st Floor, 13 On The Common, Royalston, MA 01368, to discuss the following items: 1. The performance of activities undertaken as part of the FY11 and FY12 joint Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs with the Town of Phillipston. FY11 CDBG activities include a regional housing rehabilitation program with Phillipston, accessibility design for the respective town halls, and affordable housing planning for each town. FY12 CDBG activities include a regional housing rehabilitation program with Phillipston, and repaving of Blossom and Park Streets (Royalston) and Brooks Village Road (Phillipston). 2. Proposed amendments to the FY11 and/or FY12 CDBG programs to allocate a portion of the grant funds to one or more affordable housing development projects. Interested persons and organizations are encouraged to attend, and will have the opportunity to comment and be heard on these items.
