ACTION:
1.)MOU by & Between FCSWMD & Town of Orange regarding Third Party Inspection of the Town’s Municipal Transfer Station
NEW BUSINESS:
1.)Julie Cole, representing students of the Mahar Marching Band and the parents support group, Friends of Mahar Music to request permission to hold a “Boot Drive” in the center of Town on Sat., October 20th from 9am until 3pm as a fundraiser for band uniforms
2.)Discussion and possible vote on HRA’s FY’10 Grant Extension request
3.)Discussion and possible vote to appoint Karl Bittenbender as Interim Community Development Director
4.)Begin Cable Television Contract Negotiation Process:
a.)Create and appoint the “Cable Advisory Committee” (CAC) – (name change)
b.)Due to name change, appoint current members of Compliance Committee to the new Cable Advisory Committee: From Orange – Nancy Blackmer & Walt Owens
c.)Set the membership number of the committee to three (from each town) for a total of six members on the joint CAC
d.)Appoint the following new members: From Orange – TBD; looking for someone interested in serving
