Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sourati Engineering Group on behalf of Anthony S. Brandon, Trustee, owner of property located at 685 Old County Road. The project consists of the installation of a new well with associated trenching to serve an existing single-family dwelling. The project is located within the second 100 feet of the Riverfront Area.
