3) revise the C-1 District Off-Highway areas to indicate an area C-1a, C-1c & C-1d; allowing an Auto Freight Use in the Off-Highway Area, C-1b only,
4) allowing a residential multi-unit Use in the Off-Highway area, C-1c only
5) Delete the Frontage Road requirement for the C-1 District On-Highway areas
6) Increase the building height in the C-1 District to 45 feet and
7) consider a moratorium for alternative medicine facility-medical marijuana use/location in Norfolk |
