| Agenda: | Notice is hereby given that the Hardwick Planning Board, acting as the Special Permit Granting Authority for the Town of Hardwick, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 6:45PM at the Municipal Office Building, 307 Main Street, Gilbertville, MA.Pursuant to Massachusetts General laws Chapter 40A, Section 5, this hearing is on the application for a renewal of an Earth Removal special permit by Anthony Staiti to level field areas, process and remove gravel, process loam and return to agricultural use such as sod or turf farm at 262 Lower Road, Gilbertville, MA. All interested parties are asked to attend.
