5:00 PM An application by Chris Alley of Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn on behalf of the Town of West Tisbury to amend a special permit amendment granted in 2005: As part of the West Tisbury Library Expansion, to expand the parking area from the existing 38 spaces to 56. Additionally to apply to amend the Special Permit to allow for an impervious surface over a portion of the parking area. Section 9.3-3 of Zoning Bylaws. 5:45 PM Continuation from April 12 and May 3 and May 17 and June 7, 2012 of an application by Sprint Spectrum LP to modify a Special Permit: Sprint currently has an existing wireless facility located at 66 Old Courthouse Road, Map 22 Lot 7 and would like to make modifications. Sprint proposes to remove and replace the three (3) existing antennas located inside the existing stealth monopole and replace three (3) new antennas and six (6) Remote Radio Heads (RRH). In order for the proposed equipment to remain concealed, the existing 28” diameter canister must be replaced with a 58” diameter canister. In addition, Sprint also proposes to add one (1) additional equipment cabinet inside Sprint’s existing equipment shelter located at ground level. Section 8.8-7. RU District.
