LEGAL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a Public hearing relative to the following filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Notice of Intent, as requested by Nashaway Realty, LLC, the applicant. The owner of the property is the same as the applicant. The work is located at 40 Squannacook Road (Map-Block-Parcel 113-3.1). The proposed project is for Proposed Sewage Disposal System Upgrade, Installation of new waterline, and deconstruction of an existing well for an existing single-family house within the 100 foot Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland as well as the demolition of the existing building and six (6) existing out buildings and the rebuilding of a 3 bedroom house. The Public hearing will be held on June 26, 2012, at 7:30 pm in the Town Offices Building at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend. The owner of the property is the same as the applicant. The work is located at 285 Great Road (Map-Block-Parcel 77-A-5.1). The proposed project is for Removal of debris within the 100 foot Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The Public hearing will be held on June 26, 2012, at 8:00 pm in the Town Offices Building at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
