The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Small Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

SIGNS:
12-073 Margaret Logan/Zinnia - Application to install window lettering located at 578 Main Street.
CONTINUED HEARING – SIGN:
12-064 Michelle Vaneboncoeur & Marc Launoy/Cottage St Bakery - Application to install a wall sign located at 483 Main Street.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
12-070 Ronald Rudnick – Application to box out two windows in the front and square off the rear of the building located at 433 Main Street.
12-071 Eldredge Surveying & Engineering – Application to replace existing awnings with pergolas, add fence, landscaping and hardscaping located at 17 Balfour Lane.
12-072 Eldredge Surveying & Engineering – Application to add a portico and shed, landscaping and hardscaping located at 1532 Main Street.
CONTINUED HEARING - MAJOR ALTERATION:
12-052 William Litchfield – Application to restore original structure, alteration and addition to the modern wing and demolition and replacement of the free-standing building located at 733, 739 and 741 Main Street.
