1.  Reading and acceptance of minutes from previous meetings.
2. James Meehan will update the EDIC regarding recent activities of interested retail developers who have visited the North Quabbin Business Park.
3. Landowners at the North Quabbin Business Park will have the opportunity to update the EDIC regarding activities at the Park.
4. Jim Meehan will brief the committee regarding his recent visit to the Interagency Permitting Board in Boston to brief them regarding the ongoing development plans for the North Quabbin Business Park. 
5.  Member’s concerns:  A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol.
