	LEGAL NOTICE

The Chatham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 2, 2013,  starting at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Annex Meeting Room,  261 George Ryder Road, on the following appeal:

Appeal No. 13-028:  Ulad Investment LLC, 6 Nakomis Way, Natick, MA  01760, c/o William G. Litchfield, Esq., 330 Orleans Road, No. Chatham, MA  02650, owners of property located at 94Uncle Alberts Drive, also shown on Assessors’ Book Page 12E as Lot 1.  The appellants propose to create a 4-foot wide Unpaved Trail and install a 60 foot by 3 foot seasonal catwalk in a Coastal Conservancy District (Flood Plain, el. 7) and Salt Marsh.  The property contains 43,900 sq. ft. in an R-40 Zoning District.  A Special Permit is required under Section IV.A.3.a., Overlay Regulations, Conservancy Districts, Special Permit Uses, of the Protective Bylaw.

Appeal No. 13-016:  Capri Lane Association LLC, 86 Capri Lane, Chatham, MA  02633, c/o William F. Riley, Esq., P.O. Box 707, Chatham, MA  02633, for property located at Lot C13 Capri Lane.  Continued from the March 28, 2013 public hearing for the installation of a pier.
