Charge: To evaluate potential future solid waste and recycling disposal options for the Town of Chatham in an effort to increase recycling and address anticipated increased solid waste disposal costs, and to present these options to the Board of Selectmen with the Task Force's recommendations.

1. Call meeting to order.

2. Discuss/edit/approve minutes from May 24, and May 10 if available .

3. Guest: Chatham Town Manager Jill Goldsmith.

4. Guest: Chatham Board of Selectmen Chairperson and SWAT Liaison Florence Seldin.

5. Guest: Tim Milley, Owner Milley Trucking, Chatham, MA.

6. Guest: Ben Nickerson, Owner Benjamin T. Nickerson, Inc, Chatham, MA

7. Discuss Hingham, MA Report and Survey (emailed to members 5/24/12).

8. Discuss possible public forum and survey for Chatham.

9. Continue to discuss existing list of options for Chatham's future solid waste/recycling program. 

10. Discuss next meeting's agenda.

11. Announce next meeting's day/time/location. (June 7, 5 pm, Small Conference Room, Town Annex)

12. Adjourn.
