New Business:
1. Agency Administration: Investment of Land Bank Monies
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its November 28, 2011 meeting, its discussion of this matter.
2. Agency Policy: Hunting on Land Bank Properties
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft revision of this policy.
3. Three Ponds Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review proposals received for an agricultural lease at North Farm.
4. Gay Head Moraine (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received from the Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee of an application filed by Town and Vineyard Power to install a solar array system on the nearby capped town landfill.
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received form the Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee of an application filed by neighbor Sarah Saltonstall to construct a workshop.
5. Chappy Point Beach (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received from the Edgartown Conservation Commission of an application filed by abutter Dana Tang to construct several additions and to thin vegetation.
