SIGNS:
11-120 Kelly Shaw/Ollie’s – Application to install a double sided ground sign located at 1603 Main Street.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
11-121 Chris Brebbia – Application for the renovation and addition of a new foundation under the porch located at 2095 Main Street.
CONTINUED MINOR ALTERATION:
11-117 The Marketplace Association/Michael Garrison – Application to replace and/or repair posts and lamps located at 1705 Main Street, 1715 Main Street, 15 Market Place, 18 George Ryder Road South, and 26 George Ryder Road South.
CONTINUED MAJOR ALTERATION:
11-115 595 Main Street LLC - Application to demolish existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling located at 20 Bearse’s Byway.
11-119 595 Main Street LLC/Ronald Rudnick - Application for exterior renovations to the front façade of the building located at 637 Main Street.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion of lighting and signage for CVS located at 12 Queen Anne Road.
