Carson of a September 15, 2011 ruling of the West Tisbury Zoning Inspector. It was the Inspector’s opinion that according to the West Tisbury Zoning Bylaws, Assessors Map 36, Lot 50, on Chestnut Street, is not a buildable lot because it does not meet the frontage criteria. The 30,000 sq ft property in question is part of the Island Heights subdivision and is in the RU (Rural) District. The right to appeal the Building Inspector’s ruling to the ZBA is under Sects. 8 and 15 of MGL Ch. 40A. Correspondence so far: 1) Zoning Inspector Ernie Mendenhall to Kyle Carson; 2) Atty Daniel M.
