1. Toad Rock Preserve (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its November 28, 2011 meeting, its discussion of this matter.
2. Agency Administration: Investment of Land Bank Monies
The Land Bank Commission will review proposals received for an agricultural lease here.
3. Agency Land Management: Farmland Leases
The Land Bank Commission will conduct its annual review of its farmland leases.
4. Agency Administration: “M” Exemption
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the ‘m’ exemption and its statutory requirement to set its threshold annually.
