Agenda: | WEST TISBURY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS AGENDA THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2012 2ND FLOOR TOWN HALL AT 4:30 PM BUSINESS Minutes of January 26, 2012 HEARING 4:30 PM Continuation of an application from Jan 5 and Jan 26, 2012 by Reid G Silva on behalf of Ed and Chris Caldwell for a Special Permit for a home occupation of a doctor’s office in a single family house. Sect. 8.5-1 of Zoning Bylaws. Map 16 Lot 86, 20 Indian Hill Road; RU District. PRE-APPLICATION DISCUSSION with Liz Rutuski for Sprint 5 PM As required by Section 8.8-6 of the West Tisbury Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will be having a pre-application discussion with representatives for Sprint concerning a future application to amend an existing Special Permit for a cell tower: Sprint currently has an existing wireless facility site located at 66 Old Courthouse Road and would like to perform modifications. Sprint proposes to remove and replace the three (3) existing antennas located inside the existing stealth monopole and replace three (3) new antennas and six (6) Remote Radio Heads (RRH). In order for the proposed equipment to remain concealed, the existing 28” diameter canister must be replaced with a 58” diameter canister. In addition, Sprint also proposes to add one (1) additional equipment cabinet inside Sprint’s existing equipment shelter located at ground level. Notice of a public hearing for the application will be duly advertised and notified as required by M.G.L. 40A after a formal application is received and a hearing date has been set. PRE-APPLICATION DISCUSSION with Carl Gehring for Verizon Wireless 5: 40 PM As required by Section 8.8-6 of the West Tisbury Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will be having a pre-application discussion with representatives for Verizon Wireless concerning a future application to apply for a Special Permit to erect and maintain a Personal Wireless Service Facility with associated ground equipment in a wooded section of the 22.2 acre parcel Map 31, Lot 48, 21 New Lane; RU District. Notice of a public hearing for the application will be duly advertised and notified as required by M.G.L. 40A after a formal application is received and a hearing date has been set.
